Desert
Alright, I have basically been to so many places. I am currently located in Ember Light Camp, and I am so lost. I have been to basically every single city besides the Citadel in Shiverpeaks mountains and I have no idea how I get to the Desert......Probably a dumb questions but I am getting so confused, I thought maybe after the last mission on the peaks would take me there but it brought me to the ring of fire area.
So I guess that is what my question is. How do I get to the bloody hot place with little water!?!? |

you see... this is what happens when you get rushed to droks when you have not beating the game yet. People think they are going on with the game, because they think they are going ot the next city. I'm fine with drok rushes, but this needs to be stopped.
Continue with the story from kryta and you will get to the desert. |

I've been everywhere, I went through shiver peaks, to kryta, through druid's overlook, down through the kryta region again, into droks, to the missions, and went through them, now I am currently in Ember Light |

You should not allow yourself to be rushed the first time through the game. Go back to the beginning and do all of the missions in order and you will eventually get to the desert. The desert is before the southern shiverpeaks.

Then you have no problem getting to the desert. The sanctum cay mission takes you there.

Its easy.
If u dont have the desert in your map, its cos you skipped a mission. Go to Kryta and do all the missions there in order. Start at lyons arch and work your way from there... u'll have no trouble in getting to the desert, its a straight line, if u do missions and quests. Im agains Droknars runs too, specially if its the first time in the game. |

Where'd you get the idea that you should go through the Southern Shiverpeaks to get to the Desert in the first place? Didn't you think it was a little strange that you were facing off against level 10/11 baddies, and then they suddenly jumped straight up to level 20+s?

Well I didn't jump from lvl 10/11 baddies to 20+ I went from lvl 18-19 baddies to 20+ and the reason why I thought it was is because when I looked at the World Map the have posted on the guildwars site, I thought you would take the river there to that area considering they have a port there. |
